So I went to Steve Madden and silently told myself repeatedly that I HAD to walk out of the shop with a pair of sparkly shoes that would make me sparkle even more on my graduation day.

I walked out empty-handed AGAIN.

Ok, so this pair of pumps costs $240. It’s not that expensive, but it’s not cheap enough for me to buy it without thinking… and thinking… and thinking more.

It’s not exactly the most comfortable pair of shoes, and I don’t think I’ll be wearing it that often. I’d probably just wear it to weddings or special occasions. I could definitely not wear it and walk around shopping for eight hours and live to tell the tale. If I were to divide the cost by the number of times I’ll wear it, the cost-per-wear is still not as low as I’d like it to be.

I have this knack for keeping my shoes under $50, and those shoes must also be comfortable enough for me to walk in them for eight hours straight. So far I’ve done well… kept to my budget and worn all my shoes to death, therefore making their cost-per-wear super low. I’m a girl and there are too many shoes for me to wear in my life time, so there’s no point splurging too much if I’m just gonna move on with life eventually.

But yea. This pair of $240 shoes is just… I don’t know what to do! Common sense would tell me not to buy it, obviously, and just save $240 for a short trip somewhere. But I like it!!! That’s all. Haha.

So much fun to be a girl. Worrying over such trivial things. I’m amazed at myself. haha.

And I also walked past Christian Louboutin and nearly started hyperventilating -_-” I must never walk by the shop again!!! Until I can comfortably afford a few pairs of them Louboutins! Ahhhh!!! >_<

Blahniks didn’t have that crazy effect on me. Walked past the shop at MBS a few times when it was still open… didn’t go apeshit at all. haha. Maybe not yet.
